Payments

Your delicate payment information are never available to us, nor do we see them. To ensure security at all times, credit card authorizations are made through the verified WSPay Payment System. WSPay is a Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant service provider whose services are used by leading companies in the virtual market. The system allows payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners credit cards.
Beside credit cards, we also accept payments via internet banking or, if you prefer the traditional ways, by bank transfer at any bank or post office.
Payments via internet banking or by bank transfer need to be made within 72 hours from making the reservation through our booking system, by quoting the reservation number in the payment description. Your reservation number, the specifications and contact details you entered when making the reservation will be sent to the e-mail address you entered. In case that no payment is made within 72 hours, your reservation will be cancelled automatically.
*You solely cover all bank transaction expenses for payments via internet banking or by bank transfer.
